We are looking for someone with a strong passion for web design to join our team. All of our developers must be creative and have an eye for design. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience developing websites, and must be able to perform the following functions:

- Create professional website comps in Photoshop
- Convert comps into fully-functional websites
- Re-design existing websites with new concepts and ideas
- Work with design team to integrate business/e-commerce strategies into websites
- Work in a deadline-driven environment with simultaneous projects
- Collaborate with project manager and programmers on each project

Candidates also must have advanced experience in the following:

- HTML
- CSS
- Adobe Photoshop 7+
- Dreamweaver 8+

A bachelor's degree is required unless candidates have equivalent work experience in web development. Candidate must have strong communication skills and be highly motivated, a self-starter, able to work independently, and must have strong follow-through. Other desired qualifications include experience with MySQL and Flash. Must be able to commute to our office in Boulder, CO daily.
